SOME ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

We have put together a short list of the questions we get asked most often...and included the answers. We know this won't cover everything, but do contact us with any other questions you might have.

Q How quickly can we have an order? We have a dedicated team who can pick 24 hours a day. We use specially selected frozen couriers, but should it become necessary we also have the capability to deliver personally.

Q Will I ever receive a rebate if I order larger quantities? We are happy to look at cost savings related to larger orders and consolidated deliveries

Q How much salt will I expect to see in your products? A typical meal scenario of say 380g might see a salt intake of around 500mg - so a third of the recommended daily intake for stroke patients. The bouillons we use are always low salt.

Q Are any of your products gluten free? Yes. Our standard dysphagic C grade products are all gluten free and many more of our meals are, too.

Q Can we have your special dietary meals for use in the community? Yes. This is something we can discuss alongside your current meals in the community provider.

Q I want a relationship with my supplier. What if I have a problem? We pride ourselves on the high level of service and quality of response we are able to provide.
